CEHL, which manages over 2,000 properties across Victoria and supports a diverse range of co-operative communities, has successfully signed with Civica’s Cx Housing platform under a multi-year agreement. This strategic move reflects CEHL’s commitment to adopting innovative, customer-focused technology solutions to better serve its members and ensure sustainable management practices.
Civica’s Housing platforms, used by over 500 customers globally, provides a comprehensive, single-view solution that simplifies housing management tasks such as payment processing, property maintenance, and tenant engagement. The platform enables housing providers like CEHL to offer enhanced services and support while reducing costs and improving overall tenant satisfaction.
