The Scottish Government has introduced several legislative changes, both to Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates recently. Some notifications of changes were issued at short notice which presents a challenge for both councils and software suppliers.
Civica is proud to announce that we delivered all the software required for the recent legislation changes to Non-Domestic Rates on time. These changes were only issued in December 2022!
This means that all our Scottish local authority customers received their software upgrade in advance of annual billing and were able to bill using the new functionality.
