Civica’s Cx Environmental Health software helps improve efficiencies, insights and compliance.
Hambleton District Council is one of seven former district and borough councils that merged to form North Yorkshire Council, a unitary authority, in April 2023. Hambleton served a population of over 850,000 and covered an area of more than 500 square miles, making it one of the largest UK local authorities by land area.
With such a huge demand, the Environmental Health team needed a new regulatory services solution to support its day-to-day work. The Council chose Civica’s Cx solution. The cloud software met their requirements, streamlines work, manages customer communications, and generates better insights for the team.
