Civica appoints Paul Helms as Chief Customer Officer

Customers at heart of global GovTech champion’s growth strategy

30th September 2024. London, UK. Civica, a global GovTech champion supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day, today announces the appointment of Paul Helms as its first Chief Customer Officer. Effective 1st October 2024, Paul joins Civica’s Executive Committee and reports to Lee Perkins, Civica’s CEO.

Paul has a track record of success, having led and transformed services, support and customer success teams at some of Europe’s best software companies. Most recently he was Chief Customer Officer at Mercell, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President Customer Success at both IFS and SAP. At Civica Paul will lead all service and support functions, bringing these together to further improve quality, consistency and coordination across its global business.
