Hume Community Housing joins Civica's Cx housing platform to elevate community engagement and housing management
Civica is excited to announce that Hume Community Housing, a leading Tier 1 community housing provider and PowerHousing member, who delivers homes and services to more than 9,000 customers across New South Wales has chosen the Cx Housing platform to enhance its housing management capabilities.
Hume, which provides a full continuum of housing from temporary and transitional crisis housing to long-term social and affordable housing, will leverage Civica’s innovative software solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and streamline processes across the entirety of their housing portfolio.
Hume is also embracing Civica Engage, an advanced module within the Cx Housing platform designed to empower customers and foster deeper community engagement through improved access to services and enhanced communication. Civica Engage will enable Hume to connect and respond more effectively with its customers, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
