As you know we are getting ready for the launch of Civica Support Cloud in a few weeks.
Our new global customer support solution will replace many of our current support solutions. This unified platform will enable us to provide improved services and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
We’ve created a demonstration video to give you a look inside the new Civica Support Cloud which will launch from 5th December 2024. As you can see it’s simple with a user-friendly interface. By completing all the mandatory fields, you can quickly and easily raise a new case.
What happens next?
- The new system is scheduled to go live starting from 5th December 2024
- From 5th December to 18th December anyone who has logged a support request in the past 12 months, or who is a current System Administrator, will receive a welcome email to register for an account
- Look out for the welcome email which will enable each user to set up an account and to access the system
- Register as soon as you receive the link.
