Chair of the UK LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group
I’m really proud to be picking up the work of Chair of the UK LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group. I’ve long believed it’s important to be able to be who you are wherever you are, but I also know that not everybody feels all spaces are safe enough for them to do that. As Chair, I want to help everyone understand a bit more about each of the rainbow of identities within the group (not least me!) and help improve our policies and working practices to become more accommodating in their application.
