How is LinkSafe helping its customers to deliver for citizens?
Let’s take a look at some recent case studies:
Greater Bendigo City Council
Creating one digital source of truth
Greater Bendigo City Council’s supports clients across various sectors, such as civil works, consultancy, architecture, service providers, supply & delivery of goods. With the support of LinkSafe, the Council has achieved its goal of moving successfully from a 100% paper-based system to a ‘one source of truth’ digital system.
Deakin University
Delivering confidence and compliance
Spread over 6 sites, with 60,000 students, using more than 3,500 contractors. Safety, visibility, and transparency were key objectives for the University. Through its partnership with LinkSafe, the university can now act swiftly to ensure all contractors are compliant, qualified and suitable to perform activities they are engaged in across their multiple campuses.
City of Greater Geelong
Supporting a new mindset and approach
The council used to have a paper-based contractor management system which resulted in enormous challenges. Partnering with LinkSafe has transformed the way the council operates and manages contractors, helping create a ‘new mindset’, a ’new approach’ to the way they work and how their contractors work, and the expectations required of them.
