South Kesteven chooses Civica cloud platform to deliver its strategic property goals
South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) is set to bring its portfolio into one simple cloud platform to manage all aspects of its property, estates and asset information.
In a new three-year contract, the Council has chosen Civica Property Management software to provide a single source of the truth across its 260+ property and land assets, including offices, car parks, leisure centres, industrial and retail units.
The asset management solution will enable SKDC to deliver its strategic property objectives for its estate to be maintained in a good state of repair, to benefit more than 143,000 citizens, and be economically and environmentally sustainable.
