Homes England partners with Civica to integrate data across entire estate
- Civica Property Management will provide efficiencies across 9,000-hectare estate
- Migration of data from legacy silos will provide a single source of truth and improve data quality
- Improved workflows will offer greater compliance and visibility
Homes England, as part of its Evolve transformation programme has chosen global GovTech leader Civica to deliver a new cloud platform to support its complete land and property management needs.
In a new three-year contract, Homes England will implement the Civica Property Management solution to maintain the full estate in a safe condition, while providing efficient reporting of information on land holdings to Central Government and manage leases and occupations.
Homes England is the government’s housing and regeneration agency, owning an estate of approx. 9,000 hectares. As part of the Homes England’s 2023 – 2028 strategic plan, its role will expand further to fully support the government’s broader Levelling Up Agenda and be the Government’s housing and regeneration agency.
Civica will work with the organisation to ensure the integrity of data fed into the platform and to implement its off-the-shelf cloud system which will remove process bottlenecks and increase efficiency, while allowing Homes England to retire and replace some legacy systems.
