As a Pension Committee we fully recognise the importance that technology plays in the delivery of our pension administration service. The new contract with Civica provides us with a solid platform to continue to invest in the development and implementation of the Fund’s ongoing digital transformation and new ways of working.
Moreover, with enhanced integration capabilities, the Fund anticipates significant reductions in administrative burdens - allowing for a sharper focus on strategic initiatives.
UPM not only addresses present challenges but also future-proofs pension management through continuous technological advancements, including AI and machine learning.
