Hours of operation
Civica support is available between 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday, excluding scheduled holidays listed below:
- New Year’s Day (January 1) – Closed all day
- Memorial Day (May 27) – Closed all day
- Independence Day (July 4) – Closed all day
- Labor Day (September 2) – Closed all day
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday of November) – Closed all day
- Day After Thanksgiving – Closed all day
- Christmas Eve (December 24) – Closed all day
- Christmas Day (December 25) – Closed all day.
While our team is away, we want to assure you that we have taken necessary measures to minimize any potential disruptions to our services. In case of any urgent matters or inquiries during this period, please take advantage of our Self Service Portal when submitting software issues or questions.
Where a holiday occurs on a Saturday, Civica support is closed on the preceding Friday, and when a holiday occurs on a Sunday, Civica support is closed on the following Monday.
