The organisation prioritises their need for a customer focused cloud-based housing management system with Civica’s software solution
Believe Housing Australia is implementing Civica’s Cx Housing solution to improve its interaction with tenants and enable better data management and analysis.
Used by more than 400 customers, Civica’s Housing solutions makes it easier for authorities and community housing providers to offer tenants choice, to manage payments and voids, and to help contractors maintain properties safely while improving their tenants’ experience of social housing.
Cx Housing provides this all from a single view platform, enabling a more customer-centric process and allowing local governments, organisations and councils to deliver smarter, more responsive services that keep costs down.
Believe Housing Australia, which owns or manages more than 2,000 homes and supports around 5,000 tenants across South Australia, will go live with the new solution in the first half of 2024, in a 5-year agreement with Civica.
